Private Art Lessons
Private art drawing lessons definitely expedite students’ technical skills. The first lessons begin with learning drawing tools, and the differences between charcoal and graphite. We then cover proportions, value and mark making. Introductory assignment is based on student's skill level. Supplies not included. Private Painting Lessons Depending on whether you are taking oil or acrylic painting, students will learn the purpose of their brushes and the attributes of their medium.
The main focus in painting classes is color theory, and studying how light is reflecting off the subject of our paintings.
Depending on skill level, we may briefly visit proportion and value. Introductory assignment will either be portraiture or a still life, depending on student's experience. Supplies not included.
